Ian Herd founded Skylark Halo Corporation to bring real estate and technology into a connected business model. His decades of experience in volumetric modular manufacturing inform SHC’s approach to design, sourcing, factory production and delivery.
As founder and CEO, Ian guides SHC’s development direction, its HALO BIM+ software vision and its ambition to connect manufacturing knowledge with intelligent project coordination.
His current priorities include developing the SHC platform portfolio, structuring regional partnerships and building a practical path toward robotics and equipment capability for manufacturers.
